A 19-year-old man has been arrested and charged with Monday’s fatal shooting on Rose Avenue in Jersey City, authorities announced today.
Kahsaun Bell of Roselle was arrested without incident on Wade Street in Jersey City shortly after 3 p.m. Tuesday and charged with fatally shooting 18-year-old Angel Cruz on Monday night, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said.
