| Rockaway Twp. cop charged with on-duty sex with teen girls rejects plea deal |
A Rockaway Township police officer accused of having sex with two teenage girls while on duty has rejected a plea offer of seven years behind bars, but is open to further plea talks, attorneys said Friday.
Suspended Officer Wilfredo Guzman, 44, appeared briefly in Superior Court, Morristown with attorney Wolodymyr Tyshchenko for a conference on a 14-count indictment against him from November.
