| Warren County hit-and-run driver arrested, police say |
Mansfield Township police said they arrested the driver of a pickup truck that struck a pedestrian last week.
Jacob E. Watters, 36, of Belvidere, was arrested Wednesday following a week-long investigation that included circulating a photo of the vehicle allegedly involved.
The crash occurred about 2:55 p.m. Jan. 23 on Pequest Road in the township.
