Kingsbury Acres Fire Damages Multiple Housing Units

One resident was displaced and three housing units at Kingsberry Acres were deemed uninhabitable due to fire and smoke damage from a Tuesday morning blaze, according to police.

One officer suffered a minor injury and was treated and released, police say.

Police received a 9-1-1 call at 6:26 a.m. from a resident on Kingsberry Drive reporting a fire, according to a news release. When officers arrived on the scene they found the residence fully engulfed in flames, according to the release.
