Phillipsburg Area Gets New Unity Bank Branch

Unity Bank opens new Phillipsburg area branch

Unity Bank, headquartered in Clinton, N.J., has opened its new Phillipsburg area branch in Greenwich Township, Warren County.

The new branch, in the Greenwich Station Shopping Center at 1225 Route 22 West, is about a mile from the bank’s previous Phillipsburg area branch, which was in the HomeGoods shopping center at Route 22 and St. James St. in Pohatcong Township.

Janice Bolomey, chief administrative officer for Unity, said moving the branch brought about a number of improvements including accessibility and bank offerings.

“We saw that it would be easier to have a branch located in an area that was easier to get to,” she said.

She noted that the previous branch had an awkward traffic pattern, which involved having to drive through another bank’s parking lot to get to it.
