| Traffic woes halt costumed Super Sunday race |
A popular race featuring costumed runners and held every Super Bowl Sunday since 2012 has been sacked over traffic, but is planning a comeback in a new location next year.
The “Pre-Game 4 Miler” in Morristown generated plenty of festive buzz, with some especially hardy participants competing for a polar bear prize given to the runner wearing the least amount of clothing.
However, the race also resulted in road closures, and apparently some very unhappy drivers.
