A Lodi man was charged with arson and accused of lighting a bank vestibule in town on fire, authorities announced on Tuesday.
Rashit Perez, 30 and unemployed, poured a flammable liquid and ignited it inside a vestibule of Bank of America on Hunter Street in Lodi on Sunday night, according to the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office.
